Questions about mobile service

How far do you travel?

The service area runs the coast from Pensacola east to Destin, then north to Milton, Pace and Crestview. Crestview is the furthest community we serve. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just ask.

Is there a charge for coming to me?

No. Mobile service is at no extra charge anywhere in the service area, with no drop-off and no waiting room. The films, the pricing and the lifetime warranty are the same either way.

What do you need when you get here?

A reasonably flat, clean spot to work — a driveway or garage is ideal. We need reasonable space around the vehicle and somewhere out of direct rain. Shade or a garage helps in the Florida heat but is not required. We arrive with everything else.

Can you come out today?

Same-day is available for most jobs, seven days a week. Crestview is the exception — trips up there are usually next-day or same-week.

How long does the install take?

Most vehicles are two to three hours, including removing old film. Homes and commercial jobs depend on window count — you get a time window with the quote, not after we arrive.

When can I roll the windows down?

Keep them up for two to four days. Film can take up to 30 days to fully cure in Florida, and light haze or small water pockets during that window are normal — they clear on their own.
