We collect what we need to quote your job, schedule it, do the work and honor your warranty. Because we install on site, that includes the address where you want us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the vendors that help us run the business.
1. What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number and email address; your vehicle year, make and model, or your property details; the address where you want the install performed; and whatever you tell us about the job. When you have work done, we keep service records — what film went on, when, and the warranty attached to it. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number. When you visit this website, we receive the standard technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the site that referred you.
2. Analytics and tracking we actually use
This site runs Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0CF1FE8Z15) to understand how visitors use the site, and the built-in analytics provided by Framer, our website host. Our quote form is provided by TintWiz, our booking and CRM software. That is the complete list — we do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags or session recording. If we add any, this section and section 1 will be updated first.
3. How we use it
To prepare and send your quote, to schedule your appointment and reach you about it, to perform the installation, to keep warranty records so we can honor a claim years later, to follow up about your service, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have agreed to it, we may also send you occasional offers.
4. Calls and text messages
We call and text customers about quotes and appointments. Standard message and data rates apply. When you give us your number, you are agreeing that we can contact you about your job. Any promotional texting is separate — you would have opted in, and you can stop it any time by replying STOP. Replying STOP to marketing messages does not stop us from texting you about an appointment you have actually booked.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the vendors who help us operate: TintWiz, which stores quotes and customer records; our payment processor, which handles card transactions; Framer, which hosts this website; Google Analytics, as described above; and our phone and messaging provider. These vendors may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
7. How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as we need them to honor warranties and meet tax and legal requirements. Because our film warranty is a lifetime warranty, that means we keep installation records indefinitely. Website analytics data is kept according to the provider's standard retention period.
8. Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it — though we may need to keep records tied to a warranty or required by law — and opt out of marketing messages at any time. 9. Children
Our services and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes and contact
